While Freestyle Now were up in Geraldton last week to host a competition good friend Brad Beven had return to his old home park and support the competition by driving up from Perth. On the Saturday after the comp he went down hard at the trails and ended up with some kidney damage and has been in hospital since. X rays, ultra sounds and a strict diet and he hopes to be out soon.
Carnarvon local Alex Moore who took a really bad crash in a 360 backy at the comp, snapped his shin was flown to Perth and had surgery over the weekend and is now back in Carnarvon resting up.
