Tuggeranong skatepark will come alive on the 27th November as Communities@Work Youth Services and Freestyle Now host a skateboard, scooter and bmx competition. The day will start at 10am with the scooter competition kicking off the day, followed by the skateboard and then finishing up with the bmx competition towards the end of the day by 5pm.
Each of the divisions will have two classes for competitors to enter, beginner and expert. Remember age is a number and skill is a level. Each competitor will get 2 x 60 second contest runs.
Numbers are limited to 30 competitors per divisions. So get yourself down to the Tuggeranong youth centre corner of Pitman and Holwell St near the Tuggeranong skatepark to pick up an entry form or you can download one from here and email it back. Registrations will still be happening on the day if the spots are not filled prior.
The bmx, skate and scooter competition will be supported by Stowaway distribution, BackBoneBmx, 4 skateboard co and Mutts scooters with some great prizes on offer on the day.
