Matt Adkins update – before the injury

Matt Adkins has just released a new web edit thanks to Alex Hayward films. Matt Adkins has been on the Freestyle Now reserves squad for about a year now and he has been progressing well and working on becoming one of Western Australia’s heavy hitters. His riding and tricks are always become bigger and more powerful. Currently he is sponsored by Jet Pilot and 34R as well as Freestyle Now so you know he has got the skills. Matt recently got a hold of the old Forrestdale ramps and set them up at his house so he has got something to ride at home. His progression is moving fast. With progression comes risks which all riders need to face. Matt is now off his bike for 6 weeks while his ankle heals. Here are a few words that Matt sent in about the edit and his ankle
Alright so me and Alex Hayward worked hard on this edit for a good 10 days or less but took awhile to come out because of song choices and trying to fit in days to where we both were free to film/ride, a bit over half way through filming I was practicing on my ramps at home trying to land my double whip airs good but ended up slipping a foot and breaking my ankle and getting put into a cast for 6 weeks, so me and Alex Hayward both decided we will cut it short and release the web edit.”
