Kwinana Skatepark played host to the 3rd round of the South Metro Ride and Roll Series. It was an incredible day of action sports under beautiful sunny skies. The energy was high, the tricks were sharp, and the camaraderie among riders was inspiring. It was great to see so many familiar faces back for another round, showcasing their passion and skill in every division.

In the Scooter divisions, Asher de Graaf took first in the Beginner category with a smooth and confident run. Thomas Hollingworth followed in second, showcasing great determination, while Flynn Deyonker earned third with a creative run full of flow. Flynn is a relatively new face at our competitions and already we have seen progression and can’t wait to see what the future has installed for this young rider. In the Intermediate division, Judd Morrison grabbed first with a bold display of tricks that set him apart, while Luke Matthews’ consistency earned him second and Jayce Blakers’ impressive run earned him third. The Open division saw Jax Lindsay take the win with a flawless, high-energy performance, with Marcus Dunlop securing second thanks to his daring approach, and Dylan Mestrovich rounding out the top three with great control and creativity.

The Skateboard competitions were packed with skill and creativity. In the Beginner division, Scarlett Harrington claimed first with a fantastic display of skill, while Davie Howes secured second with smooth lines that kept the crowd engaged. His gap down the stair set was super rad, after a few tries he nailed it and rolled away victorious. Eva O’Driscoll earned third with a unique approach and style that stood out. Jack Turner dominated the Intermediate category, dazzling everyone with his technical precision, while Sophia Stahlhut earned second with a stylish, consistent run, and Matthew Bolton took third with creative tricks that left a lasting impression.

In the Open division, Jake Whelan had his best run we have ever witnessed, he was on fire and it secured him 1st place.
