On the Friday after the Newdegate field day was finished the freestyle now squad headed off towards their next stop, the Mukinbudin spring festival. This trek was to take the guys on a 70km long gravel road to the famous Wave Rock. From there they headed over to Merredin to have a rip on the skatepark. Warren found this rail in the main street of Merredin and wanted to take it so after a few attempts he did it the other way to bars off. Too many tries to get the photo but finally we got something workable photographically. After some mighty subway for dindins they made the 80km night time drive to Mukinbudin to once again stay in a farm house. The phone signal was still an issue for Dylan and Dave. Suffer fellers.
