Freestyle Now reserves squad member Hudson Goodchild has been hitting up a lot of the Freestyle Now events over the past few months. He has sent in an update of whats been rocking in his world these past few months, read on.
“Hey there guys, just giving you guys a rundown of what’s been going on lately and what’s to come. In the last two months Ive had stitches to both sides of my face on two separate occasions due to two gnarly crashes, but the shredding goes on. I’ve been rollin to a stack of Freestyle Now comps and coaching sessions lately and gone on a few road trips as well. On one trip to Geraldton to judge the comp there I meet a few new riders who could shred the gnar! The last trip was up to Karratha where I met some awesome riders who knew me for my riding with Freestyle Now, which is really inspiring. Heading out to coaching sessions to help other rider’s progress in great, I enjoy it heaps. I was super stoked to get 4th at the ISA qualifiers at Bayswater Skatepark back in April, I also came 2nd at round 9 of the F.N.W.A.S.S. AT Golden Bay. Looking forward to the invite only comp at Rockingham, coming up in a few weeks, its gong to rad. Keep on the lookout for my new edit soon to drop. Cheers”
