Yooo! Thought I’d give you a bit of an update on what I’ve been up to lately. Well around the end of May i headed to Brisbane for a week and stayed with Lee Kirkman who lives right next door to Beenleigh skatepark. Unfortunately slammed my ribs on like the second day so had to just tough it out for the rest of the trip. Had so much fun though and got the chance to finally ride Clint Miller’s (colony bmx boss) ramp. While in Brisbane I did a birthday party with Lee Kirkman and Nathan Philps. Was a good afternoon doing backys for the kids, they were stoked. Then after Brisbane I headed off on the 14 hour drive with Clint to Canberra for the ACT jam. It was ridiculously cold but easily the best BMX event in Australia at the moment in my opinion. It is run over 2 days (weekend) and 4 different skateparks/locations. Was trying to take it easy but couldn’t help myself and got a few photos on the Monday after the jam, which actually turned out real good so I was pumped. Then on the Tuesday I headed off to Melbourne for a few days which was good to just hang out, relax and give the ribs some time to heal! Back in Perth now and hanging out for a good ride! Gota love injuries If only bmx wasn’t so damn fun! Yeeeww! Peace.
