Supported by the City of Rockingham, this highly anticipated event brought together skateboarders, scooter riders, rollerskaters, and BMX enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, creating a vibrant celebration of action sports. The competition drew an incredible turnout, with families and friends converging at the skatepark to show their unwavering support. The remarkable community involvement generated an electric atmosphere, showcasing the collective passion for action sports in Singleton. One notable highlight was the increased presence of female skateboarders, who fearlessly displayed their talents and left a lasting impact. Their participation exemplified the sport’s growing inclusivity and empowerment for young females, heralding a positive shift within the skateboarding community.
Spectators were left in awe as the scooter division took center stage, mesmerizing onlookers with their breathtaking tricks. From impressive spins to jaw-dropping aerial maneuvers, these skilled riders captivated the audience, leaving an indelible impression of their talent and creativity. The competition also featured an influx of talented BMX riders, including many up-and-coming athletes who showcased their prowess on the ramps. These riders exhibited remarkable control and creativity, pushing the boundaries of their sport. Some riders even demonstrated their daring by standing on their frame and seat while riding down the stairs, demonstrating a remarkable level of skill and balance. The inclusion of roller skaters added a dynamic element to the event, particularly in a close-knit community like Singleton. The enthusiasm and determination of the younger girls on roller skates were truly inspiring, as they fearlessly attempted new tricks and pushed their limits. Notably, Chloe Pizzuto delivered an outstanding performance, wowing spectators with fantastic skating skills, including an impressive handstand seamlessly integrated into their competition run.
